Dent Repair USA ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Whitehorn LLC, based in Lakeland, Florida.
What we collect
When you use Dent Repair USA, we may collect: your name, email address, and phone number (for account creation and Tech Network profile); customer information you enter (names, addresses, phone numbers, vehicle details); photos and videos you capture within the app (damage photos, receipts, before/after captures, community contributions); location data (for hail maps, technician radar, and navigation features); and business data you enter (expenses, estimates, invoices, pricing).
How we store your data
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Storage), hosted in the United States. Local data is stored on your device.
Third party services
Dent Repair USA uses the following third party services: Google Firebase for authentication, database, and file storage; Google Maps for hail maps and navigation; YouTube for R&I tutorial video links; Google Cloud Translation API for auto-translating chat messages; and Acuity Scheduling for optional appointment booking. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Payments
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store payment card information.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data you post in the community (feed posts, chat messages, comments, profile information) is visible to other signed-in users. We do not share your private business data (estimates, customers, expenses) with anyone.
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings within the app. You may also email [email protected] to request data deletion.
Children
Dent Repair USA is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
